                KennisCatalysts’s working methodology is transmitted to each member during the 
                initial training period and in subsequent training sessions, provided that

                When performing their activities, members are supervised by other more 
                experienced members who help them to carry out their tasks to the best of their 
                ability and in line with recommended working methods. 
                  
                The working methodologies are focussed on two main areas: Operations and 
                Business Management. 
                  
     
        At the operational level, attention is paid to methodologies used to 
        manage and plan work and to deliver coaching in line with the quality and 
        certification requirements recommended by KennisCatalysts. 
     
          
        At the business management level, attention is paid to the methodologies 
        used in financial and commercial management. Our members are guided through 
        these methodologies in the management of their businesses, which therefore 
        become increasingly profitable and better able to win clients.
