CAREER MODEL

KennisCatalysts’s career model is based on developing our collaborators from the start of their careers to the top, sustained by the knowledge that they have acquired and demonstrated throughout our working lives. Career supervision and assessment are carried out by coaches and trainers who are committed to their development.

 


New members join KennisCatalysts as coaches at the 0 level, following an initial training period in which basic knowledge of several areas, including different coaching techniques, financial management, business management, and marketing, is systematised and provided.  

 


From this point, your career could evolve from the role of coach (level 0) to that of Guild Partner (level 4). The development takes place at your own pace and with the full support of the organisational structure at KennisCatalysts, which will support you throughout your career.

 

From level 4, the Guild Partner level, members will be ready to develop their own businesses, assuming responsibility for recruiting and supervising new members and creating organic "GuildPartner" units that are associated with the parent company, KennisCatalysts. 

 

The path from coach (level 0) to Guild Partner (level 4) is expected to take an average of 4 years, although it may take more or less than this, depending on the commitment of each collaborator.
