SHAREHOLDERS

Founded with wholly independent capital, all of our shareholders are members and collaborators within the organisation. In accordance with our mission, vision and values, all shareholders carry out roles that help to strengthen and grow the company in the market.

Our career model makes it possible for coaches to develop from entry level to partner level in the business, taking on responsibility for running and developing a "GuildPartner" unit.

The management of these units is totally independent at the commercial, financial and human resources level. However, the alignment with KennisCatalysts’s business principles and model is maintained. For its part, KennisCatalysts provides all of the support and backing required for the business to develop.
