mission, vision and values, all shareholders carry out roles that help to
strengthen and grow the company in the market.
Our career model makes it possible for coaches to develop from entry
level to partner level in the business, taking on responsibility for running
and developing a "GuildPartner" unit.
The management of these units is totally independent at the commercial,
financial and human resources level. However, the alignment with
KennisCatalysts’s business principles and model is maintained. For its
part, KennisCatalysts provides all of the support and backing required for the
business to develop.

Ana Yokochi |

has a degree in Biology, from Universidade de Lisboa, an
advanced course in Arts by Ar.Co, and a life-long interest in cultural events.
Combined, this grants her skills in many scientific, technical and artistic
areas. Her knowledge of languages comes from her origins
(Portuguese/German/Japanese), several courses taken in Portugal and the time
spent living abroad, in England and in Germany. Years of experience in the
publishing and translation areas led to her role as manager of her own company
and coordinator of projects in the fields of Biology/Environment and Arts.
Recently she has dedicated herself to promoting personal development, through
workshops and individual coaching.

trained in Marketing
Management at the Instituto Português de Administração de Marketing and is
studying Social Sciences, with a minor in Social Pyschology, at the Universidade
Aberta. With sixteen years of experience in the business world, undertaking
various roles and feeling the need to conceptualise her genuine interest in
people, she has evolved professionally, specialising in coaching and
neuro-linguistic programming. Taking a holistic approach, she believes in a form
of business management that encompasses fundamental pillars such as human
capital, and is currently developing her work with companies who share her
vision, promoting self-development and self-knowledge. She is responsible for
setting up workshops in the sales area involving the use of coaching and NLP
tools – the tools of the future!

a highly motivated and results-oriented economist with 20
years of experience in management, business reengineering, and change management
in European companies. He has been responsible for executing complex projects
involving company sales, management support, and information and organisational
systems in the IT, telecommunications, and utility sectors. He was born in
Holland but has lived and worked in Portugal since 1998. His main professional
skills include: co-ordinating and managing multifunctional teams on projects in
the IT, telecommunications, media, and energy sectors; executing partnerships
between European IT, telecommunications, media, and energy companies, in which
he draws on his in-depth knowledge of global value chains and market players and
employs an innovative approach that is focused on internationalisation,
planning, organisation, and start-up control of new companies.

graduated from the Instituto Superior Técnico
– Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (IST – UTL) with a degree in
Electronics-Telecommunications and Electronics and subsequently completed a
Masters degree in Computer Studies. In 1994 he began working for AMS as a team
coordinator and IT architect. In 1996 he joined Case (now named Logica), where
he performed several roles, including senior IT and communications strategy
consultant, project manager, and manager. In addition to his professional
activities, he has developed his knowledge and experience of coaching and
personal development; communication and people management; and negotiations and
company management.

Rik Vermuyten |

graduated in clinical chemistry and was the chief of the
laboratory of Nuclear Medicine Department in the Holy Family Hospital in
Antwerp, Belgium. He studied thoroughly in the fields of macrobiotics, natural
medicine, phytotherapy, homeopathy, naturopathy, nutrition, biochemistry,
acupuncture and Feng Shui.
For more than 35 years, Rik has helped people who seek to develop a sincere
understanding of the natural processes of life and healing, and how to use their
own power in the transformation of their lives. This led him to develop a deep
understanding of the energetic aspects of universal phenomena, like the
application of the energetic processes to all expressions of life including the
economical and social world. These are the themes in all his courses and
workshops, and also forms the base of his individual and group coaching
sessions.
